The Breslau Engine Company #1 was organized and answered our first alarm on November 29,1877. When formed we began serving the residents of the City of Breslau, now known as the Village of Lindenhurst. This dedicated company which is a part of the Lindenhurst Fire Department responds to emergency calls day and night, we proudly provide members for service for many different squads and activities within the Lindenhurst Fire Department to ensure the safety and security for the residents of Lindenhurst.
