At the February Department meeting, held on Thursday February 1, 2024 numerous members were recognized for their life saving actions at four incidents that took place on March 23rd, April 1st, May 4th and October 9th, 2023. These members recognized were awarded

The Lindenhurst Fire Department was alerted for a reported vehicle fire next to a building at Surfside 3 Marina on South Wellwood Avenue about 00:45 on January 11, 2024.
